Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Delivery time is normally 5-10 days. However we can respond to more urgent turnaround times if necessary. Please contact us if you require a quicker turnaround time. Due to limited stock, expected turnaround times cannot be guaranteed, however we endeavour to achieve these times if at all possible.

Please inform us of any breakages or missing items within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. All breakages on delivery must be notified to the delivery driver on receipt of goods.

Returns

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact Rawsaol via email at info@rawsaol.com within one week of receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.

Returns must be received in original condition within 30 days. Credit card and PayPal orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account.

Standard Shipping service charges are not refundable. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items.
